Morning Parade’s second album ‘Pure Adulterated Joy’ was released in the US in May 2014 and went Top 10 on the Heatseekers chart.
‘Alienation’ was iTunes Single of the Week the week of the album’s release in the US, with the track being downloaded over 500,000 times.
Latest video ‘Reality Dream’ was premiered on Idolator.
Last two singles, plus debut single ‘Headlights’ charted in the US radio Top 40.
Debut single ‘Headlights’ stayed in the Alternative chart for 36 weeks during 2012.
Played The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to an audience of 5 million people.
Extensively toured the US, supporting Smashing Pumpkins, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Biffy Clyro, The Kooks, Walk The Moon and Silversun Pickups.
May 2014 headline tour took in all major US radio markets.
UK & Europe
‘Pure Adulterated Joy’ was released across Europe on 8 September 2014 via Kobalt Label Services.
First single from the new album ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ was exclusively premièred by Danielle Perry on XFM.
‘Car Alarms and Sleepless Nights’ from the band’s new album has been playlisted on RTL2 in France for the past month.
Played national shows to 40,000 – 80,000 people across the UK as part of the London 2012 Olympics ‘Future Flames’ in conjunction with Coca Cola.
Previously sold out 1000+ capacity venues in London.
October saw the band headline a tour across Europe, culminating in a sold-out show at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen, London.
The band have played 20+ European festivals, gracing the main stages of Pukklepop in Belgium (60,000 capacity) and Rock Am Ring twice in Germany (80,000 capacity) as well as headlining festivals in Holland with capacities of up to 15,000 people.
‘Under the Stars’ was included across all advertising on the launch of HBO in Benelux.
